Sock Tree Project

FANTASTIC Sock Tree from the McMeans Junior High Band in Katy ISD. Special thanks to band director Meredith Sanders who got the entire McMeans community involved this year. Thank you for teaching your students kindness and to give to others!! BRAVO!!

The Lamar Jr Hi in Laredo Texas really knocked it out of the park !!! San Juanita Rodriguez, her staff and band did a fantastic job. All donations have been taken to the Sacred Heart Children’s Home. THANK YOU for teaching students the gift of giving to others!

Westfield’s Sock Tree was on FIRE this year!! Band directors John Maldanado, Thomas Wheeler and The Westfield Big Red Band have expanded their collections to include organizations from the entire school! Their donation will directly help the women at the Montgomery County Women’s Shelter. Thank you Westfield HS!!

THANK YOU!!! Denver City HS band, Michael and Julie Munoz directors, for collecting a pool full of goodies for their local women’s shelter. The need for diapers, blankets, paper towels, tissue is ongoing. BRAVO DENVER CITY BANDS!!

Th Monterey HS Band (Lubbock, Tx) had a fantastic Sock Tree this year. Thank you Monterey Band for participating in “The Sock Yree Project”! BRAVO!!!

The band at Westfield HS in Spring ISD teamed up with the National Honor Society at Westfield for a wonderful donation to the Women’s Shelter in Montgomery Co (TX). Thank you John Maldonado and Dr. Clara Thompson for participating in “The Sock Tree Project” AND, thank you for teaching your students to give to others!! Great job!!! BRAVO!!!
