Imperial Oaks Runners

I know a lot of folks checked out the page in the last few months, though there hasn't been much in the way of updates.

I'm looking for some suggestions on how we can grow the community of runners in the Falls and Imperial Oaks. Let us know how we can get together, organize some regular runs, etc.

Anyone up for a run tomorrow morning? I'm thinking around 8 AM. Let us know and we can meet at the Lake Club house.

We're planning a 7 am run this Saturday. Come join us at the Lake Club house for a easy 3 miles. All paces welcome!

Who's running in the Falls Race tomorrow?
