A 501c3 non profit horse rescue based out of TX. It started with two rescue horses that fell into our hands.
The urgency of saving their life ends, but the promises don't.
Our rescues vet balance is $61,129.09. That number is the can't sleep at night type of overwhelming, but this campaign has one clear, achievable goal: pay $10,000 of it in 14 days.
We are asking 1,000 people to give $10.
This balance reflects ongoing veterinary care for the 50 sanctuary horses who depend on us, along with temporary boarding for our special needs horses at our vet during the move to Austin. It represents care & safety every day after the initial rescue.
Humphrey peacefully drinking while the birds sing is exactly what rescue is. When the dramatic moment of their initial rescue ends. The responsibility does not.
No one person has to solve $61,129.09. But 1,000 people can solve the first $10,000 together.
