January came in strong!! 💪

One property SOLD, two UNDER CONTRACT, and one LEASED. All while the year was just getting started. The market is definitely unique right now, but buyers and sellers are still making confident moves. Grateful for the trust of my clients and excited for what the rest of the year has in store.
