Who doesn't look a good excuse to eat pie?! Today 3/14 is Pi Day, an annual celebration of the mathematical constant "π" aka pi.

You can tell everyone's working on their new year's resolution when you hit the gym after the holidays - it's super packed! Do you have a new year's resolution in mind this year? Here are a couple tips to create and keep a new year's resolution:

*Have a game plan ready for likely obstacles to your goals. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, think through what you will do if a friend invites you to happy hour during your planned exercise time, or what you will do if an afternoon craving hits (i.e. pack a healthy snack).

*Involve a friend! You could invite a friend to go for a walk or the gym with you, but at the very least, let loved ones know of your goals and ask for their support. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, ask your friends and your partner not to buy you any unhealthy snacks.
