Micro Loans Program

Mission Comfort’s new micro loans program is currently working with 12 women from the Bateyes in the Dominican Republic so that they can jumpstart their own small businesses. This program seeks to empower women who have little to no opportunities to obtain dignifying work so that they can become financially independent and secure. These women are ambitious entrepreneurs who are aspiring to become financially self-sufficient: women who want to open grocery stores, clothing shops, bread stands, gas stations, and more. We are inspired by the strength and bravery these women have shown us through their perseverance in following their dreams.
