We had an amazing weekend!!! Thank you to everyone (Holden (who works the hardest all weekend keeping EVERYTHING CLEAN AND TIDY), Michelle, Amber and Sharon) but especially to all the cooks (Steve, Blake, Shane and Javs), our 2 Junior cooks (Beaux and Javi) and our bartender (Haylie). We couldn’t do it without you all!!! NEXT STOP, CROSBY 09/19-09/20!!!

As Humble BBQ comes to an end, we are humbled by the amount of love and support our community and sponsors have shown us! We thank each and every one of y’all from the bottom of our hearts! This weekend wouldn’t have been possible without you!

Please remember when coming to the Humble rodeo and barbecue this weekend there is no parking on site so you have to park at Humble High School, visitor side parking lot off Rustic Timbers.

If anyone is interested in coming out and supporting your favorite BBQ Comp team at the Humble Rodeo and BBQ Cook Off, you can get a wristband to our tent for $35!!!! Price per pound is $19.00

Briskets will be vacuum packed for easy warm up on 11/28!!!

We are gearing up for Humble Rodeo and BBQ Cook-Off Jan 31-Feb 1.

We will be having a “mock” BBQ competition cook off November 2 at our house and need judges.

Categories to be judged will be:
Brisket
Ribs
Chicken
Pork (pulled, chunks, medallion)
Bloody Mary
Margarita
