Found this while lookin' for something else earlier this afternoon. This was the last big job that JAG signed on for do .... a total remodel of this horse/hay barn to add a 3 bedroom 2 bath complete apartment with living room, dinning from and a very modern kitchen. i did the sales job over the phone with the client who lives in Dallas and who just had purchased this 750 acre horse pasture with 3 ponds and a fresh water creek. After the initial sales pitch and 2 folllow-up calls, we agrees to $38K with a substantial down and 3 additional payments to complete the contract. And from the first nail to the last drop of paint this baby was delivered on time in 3 month and yes, the wife was totally all smiles when she arrived for inspection.

When I talk about real wood and stone and the amazing things that I can do with them; this is pretty much what I had in mind. This concept also works well for Living Rooms, Family Rooms and "bedrooms"......check out the ceiling beams and island and counters. Just in case you missed it, the floors are made of quarried Arizona flagstone that's been glazed, fired and polished. These combinations make for another amazing look. God I love real wood!!!!!!
