Before a woman rises… she runs.
👉She runs on responsibility.
👉She runs on performance.
👉She runs on expectation.
And for a while, it works.
From high-achieving, successful women...
...to the woman who somehow ended up last on her own to-do list
…many of us find ourselves stuck in something I call The Deadly D Cycle™.
(Trust me — I didn’t pull this off the internet. This used to be my hamster wheel.)
The Deadly D Cycle™ looks like this:
Delayed dreams
Disappointment
Denial
Distraction
Depletion
Diminished identity
It often starts subtly.
You’re running hard.
You tell yourself your dreams will happen one day.
You look around and think you should be further along by now — more successful, more fulfilled, more present with the people you love.
That disappointment creeps in.
But because you’re a fighter… a high-capacity woman… you don’t sit with it.
You push it down.
You focus on everyone else.
You become the fixer.
The dependable one.
The woman everyone counts on.
So, you do more.
You stay busy.
You keep the plates spinning.
You forge ahead on the hamster wheel.
Until one night you lay your head on the pillow… exhausted… feeling like a diminished version of yourself.
And the cycle starts again.
But here’s the truth:
There is a way out.
That’s what I’m going to teach inside my upcoming masterclass:
ESTABLISHED: A Woman’s Return to Herself
How to Rise Without Losing Who You Are
In this masterclass, I’ll show you:
• Why high-capacity women get trapped in the Deadly D Cycle
• How the leadership pendulum keeps women swinging between over-functioning and exhaustion
• The structural shift that helps a woman return to herself and lead from steadiness again
If you’ve been running for a long time…this may be the moment you finally stop running so hard.
Comment ME & I’ll send you the link to register for the Zoom link.
(March 16th 7 pm CST)
I’d love to see you in the room.
