Very important that all homeowners keep up with the maintenance needed on their home. One of the main things that gets procrastinated on is flushing your gas water heater tanks! Look at how much debris and dirty water that settles are the bottom of the tank. While doing this maintenance, I’ve decided to upgrade my standard water release valve to an upgraded larger ball valve to allow more debris to flow out, not required but definitely will make future maintenance much easier and faster. I know for sure none of my awesome clients forgotten to do their maintenance, right? 🙃 Remember to keep flushing until the water runs clear!
