Publix Super Markets opened its new, 46,811-sf store at Riverside Square. After ten months of construction, which included a complete tear-down of the prior store and ground-up construction of the new store, GFI delivered the store to Publix in mid-December 2021.
Today Publix opened the new store to the public, and a new twenty-year term has commenced for the Publix lease. Riverside Square was originally built in 1987. It is a 107,151-sf shopping center, located on the Southwest corner of Wiles Road and NW 81st Street, in Coral Springs Florida. Other tenants include Lumber Liquidators, Leslie’s Pools and a lineup of restaurants, service and entertainment users. Riverside Square is 100% leased.
