Keith Junot Benefit Recap: I am so very honored to be part of the Track Shack family. The staff, the patrons and all the musicians were a shining beacon of everything humanity ought to be. The call for help went out, and y'all answered in a huge way. I'm proud to be a part of this family. On behalf of Keith and his family...Thank You All! There are too many to mention but I'm gonna try. Jessica Parker, Sherry Stanley, Debra Lee, Jennifer Lee, Doug Boggs, Melody, Royce and Susie Melton, Frank and Sherrill Leggio, Anna Blevins, and all the volunteers...you guys are Rock Stars in my book. The Old Town Spring and Galveston business communities stepped up big time with all their donations. To the teenagers who served food and donated all their tips...I'm in awe. The Alvin Opry staff...Dana Harper Rowan, Bobby Whitton, Shalane Colston all stepped up to help. Thank you Jim Sloan for doing such a great job running the inside stage and thanks to all the musicians who gave their time to play inside...Howard Douthey, Leslie Sloan, Pat Matula, Bonnie Riley, Lewis Frey, Cody Kouba, and so many others. To our guest stars Tony Booth, Brian Collins, Lauretta Turner, Amber Digby, Liz Talley, Tori Vourganas, Royce Melton, Johnny Yates, Shalane Colston, and James House...y'all were awesome and I'm so honored to have shared a stage with you. Doug Boggs and the Cowboy Jazz band were incredible and performed above and beyond. Liz Talley, thanks for doing such an awesome job mc'ing. Brian and Hilary Thomas, Gary Brock, Wayne "Animal" Turner, Theresa Lawson Coker, Walter Cross, and Bobby Whitton...I love y'all and you were awesome as always. Mark "the sound guy" did a super job keeping the sound right. To Nancy Cook of NC Photography...can't thank you enough for the 700 or so pics you took...can't wait to see them.
