🌿 NOW HIRING: Mowing Crew Leader 🌿

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Crew Leader to run one of our mowing crews this season. If you take pride in quality work, can lead a team, and want steady hours with room to grow.

Position: Mowing Crew Leader
Pay: Pay based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional, weather dependent)

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a mowing crew day-to-day
• Ensure properties are mowed, trimmed, and blown to company standards
• Operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment
• Communicate with management and customers as needed
• Train crew members and keep the team on pace
• Load/unload equipment and keep truck/trailer organized

Requirements
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Crew leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
• Attention to detail and pride in clean work
