I think we’re finally done — maybe just a few more photos downstairs. After all the work, it feels good to say that this home is ready to welcome guests again.

This property has been in our family for over 30 years. We bought it from my elderly uncle after Hurricane Ian left it badly damaged. It would have been easy to let it go, but we couldn’t. Too many memories, too many stories tied to this spot. So we decided to start over — we gutted it completely and rebuilt it from the ground up.

Every detail reflects that journey — a mix of hard work, patience, and love. We added a new pool, finished the lower level for more space, and kept the relaxed island feeling that has always made this home special.

The location truly speaks for itself. Nestled on Palermo Circle, it’s close to everything: you can walk to Times Square, the beach, and the bay. Morning coffee by the pool, sunset walks on the sand, dinner just steps away — it’s all right here.
