I recently bought a house in Kettering, Ohio, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Amy. From start to finish, the whole process took just 4.5 weeks, which I didn't even know was a thing. I had always been told 3-4 months was average. Amy's knowledge of the area, availability, and understanding of market values was impressive. She has a skilled network of professionals ready to help with getting inspections, appraisals, and her negotiating skills were top-notch, saving us thousands on potential repair costs. We faced zero challenges during the process, mainly because Amy's professionalism and foresight prevented problems before they could arise. She communicated with us through text and email, which was what my wife and I had requested, despite the heavy workload it must have created for her, considering how quickly she communicated details with us from all the different people.
