For the eleventh year in a row, our practice, as part of Providence Medical Group, has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a patient-centered medical home. NCQA recognition means that patients can rely on evidence-based, highly coordinated care and ongoing patient relationships to promote long-term health and well-being.
