Attention F45ers!!! Here is our FINAL WEEK SCHEDULE:
🔺Mon-fri: early morning same,

***9:15's : Monday-Thursday!!***

🔺Mon-thurs: 4:30pm
{No Friday 4:30!}
🔺LAST CLASSES EVER as F45: Sat 7&8:30

Hundreds of workouts,
Weeks of endless training,
Five (almost six) years of service,
And only two small words to sum it all up- Thank you.

For the endless support, trust, patience, and undeniable love that this small owned franchise couldn't have survived without.

However, it comes with a heavy heart that we publicly announce that after all we have been through, we will be shutting our doors on August 14th. In true F45 style, we're going to celebrate in style. Join us on Saturday morning for fun, laughter and one last crazy, intense workout!

Please be sure to check mindbody and our social media pages as we will be announcing the schedule for our last week (as times will be altered). Let's make the most of our time together and make our time count!

There will be NO 9:15am class on Monday, July 5th and NO 5:30 classes at all this week!!
