I finally finished this big painting! This was inspired by a photo that I took of my daughter while walking the trails at Lake Atalanta in Rogers, AR. Although, this is a Springtime photo, it has some spooky forest vibes happening which I thought was appropriate for Halloween. This painting took days of work, a little at a time. This painting is unique in that it has a mannade structure, which I don’t include very often; and a looser, sketchier style. This painting means pathways, choices, the Springtime of life when anything is possible, and my daughter’s young adult age. You can go anywhere and do anything! 🥰❤️😘
This painting is 24”x30”, acrylic on stretched canvas. I will always remember my trip to Rogers, AR and the fun times I had with my daughter!
