Big shoutout to Coaches and .k for letting me come out and run an injury prevention workshop.
We’re seeing more young athletes come into the clinic who don’t fully understand how to recover from injuries, prevent them from coming back, or train their tissues to be resilient and we’re passionate about changing that.
Our focus in this workshop was simple:
✅ Minimize ACL injuries
✅ Keep players on the field
✅ Help them perform at a high level

Still time to sign up for our 6th annual Kick for the Cure, breast cancer awareness and support tournament. Each year we donate money from the tournament to Hope Cancer Resources in Springdale. Thanks to our sponsors for making it possible to give each participating player a tournament T-Shirt!!

Divisions include Men’s Open, Women’s open, Men’s rec, Women’s rec, and Coed division also!
