Our AMP-1 machine is a mandrel style hole punching machine that can either be used as a stand alone unit or it can paired up with a Robotic arm and an automated tube feeder. The Robotic arm autonomously picks the tubes up from a feeder rack, loads them for hole punching, then stacks the finished tubes and repeats the process.

This machine has a three head turret, that allows for three different hole sizes without having to change your set up. Multiple different patterns can be programed into the machine to punch holes in copper, aluminum, and steel tube.

Tooling can be designed to offer multiple holes in a row or multiple holes on different planes to be punched simultaneously.

The mandrel style hole punching is a cost-effective way to punch round, square, or rectangular tubing. This method of punching uses an internal support so the outside diameter integrity of the tube is not altered or a tube needs to telescope and fit inside one another, making it more accurate and holding tighter tolerances.

The machine has a punching capacity of 0.562” to 84.00” from end of tube and can accept outside diameters of up to 1.63”. This machine can be programmed for both linear and radial hole positioning.
