We are a local engineering and landscape architecture firm with a passion for our community and historic structures.

The old window on the left is 100 years old and just needs care. Modern windows do not last this long.

The right window is a window that has already been restored on our office building- ready for another 100 years. It's much work and takes much know-how but it's worth it.

There's something about passing by an old window and watching the differing moving reflections in all the window panes caused by old wavy window glass and by each pane being separately set in putty, making each window pane tilted at a slightly different angle than the others. Old windows create what feels like communication between a house and any passerby who takes the time to notice. ☺️

One of our employees just picked up these two dogs on the edge of Wilkerson Road in Johnston, Arkansas. If they are yours, you can find them with the Johnson Police Department.

Ignore the chimney with siding (😆) - AI isn't perfect! There's also a missing door on the front porch but all in all, it was an easy model to create!
