1. Be respectful – All vendors must show kindness and respect to community members of all ages and backgrounds.
2. Fair trades only – Be willing to trade at 70% value or higher to keep deals fair for all.
3. No new releases – Vendors may not offer sealed product from Ascended Heroes or newer sets unless Pokémon Center Exclusive.
4. Use accurate pricing – Please widely supported apps like TCGPlayer, ALT, CardLadder, or PriceCharting for comps.
5. Pokémon-focused setups – Your table must include Pokémon singles, sealed items, or related merch. Other TCGs are welcome, but Pokémon must be 51% or more represented.
6. Flexible payment options – Vendors must accept a variety of payment methods, including cash and at least one digital option (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Square).

Codex Update:

Our distributor allocated us 39 Secrets of Strixhaven Codex bundles, based on what Wizards of the Coast said they would print and deliver. We presold 35 of these bundles to have a few in case issues arose with some of them. Unfortunately, Wizards of the Coast ultimately only printed/fulfilled 19 Codex bundles for our account, leaving us 16 short with no additional allocation available.

Because of that, we’ll be fulfilling bundle preorders in the order they were placed by timestamp. Anyone outside of the first 19 will be contacted directly and offered a full refund.

We know that’s frustrating. We’re frustrated too. We presold less than the number we were allocated, and this still happened. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll get everyone affected taken care of as fairly as possible.

Entry is free, and we’ll have free authenticity checks and card valuations available throughout the night. We’re also bumping Pokémon trade-ins to a 70% base trade-in rate for the event, so it’s a great time to bring in the cards you’ve been meaning to move.

Bring your binders, bring your slabs, bring your “I’m just looking” energy, and come hang out with the local Pokémon community.
