Aflac hosted its annual Leading Ladies panel, an Aflac event that gives remarkable women leaders the opportunity to share insights on leadership, growth and the value of having people in their lives who expand their perspective and create opportunities for success.

The panel featured Aflac sales leaders, including Vice President of Aflac Life, Accident and Disability Solutions Daniele Clibano, and Market Directors Cathy Lee and Danaliz Martinez. Aflac Vice President of Diversity and Talent Development Keyla Cabret Lewis moderated the discussion.

Together, they shared their leadership journeys, perspectives on growth and what motivates them to continue paying it forward.
