Thank you to the Fayetteville Area Affiliate of Arkansas Community Foundation for the generous grant that will cover THREE student tuitions this summer at Pathway Cafe Academy! We are grateful for the incredible community in NWA and how they are empowering our neighbors and friends in their culinary journeys.
Next in our Spring 2026 Grantee Spotlight Series is Pathway Cafe, an organization creating meaningful employment pathways and inclusive opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Northwest Arkansas.
Pathway Cafe is building something truly special through its culinary and hospitality Training Academy โ a hands-on program designed to help participants build workplace skills, confidence, independence, and community connection. The 12-week program combines classroom learning with real culinary experience focused on communication, customer service, food preparation, teamwork, and more.
Weโre grateful to support their mission and excited to see the impact this program will have across our community. ๐

Thanks, KNWA & FOX24 - Northwest Arkansas & River Valley News, for sharing about the work we are doing right here in Northwest Arkansas! We love that the word is getting out!
