We are a full service police department providing safety and service to Springfield and Sangamon County since 1900.
REMINDER- check your driver's license please! All previous expiration extensions granted by the Secretary of State have lapsed as of 12-01-22. If your driver's license is expired, it's time to get re-validated.
We are happy to officially report the "stray" cougar on the Springfield's west side has been safely captured.
