This Sunday 11-3 you can find me at Sharon’s on the Common with fresh, dried And gluten-free pasta!

I am thinking about offering fresh pasta in to-go containers. Currently, I sell dried pasta in freezer safe bags of 250g that serves 4-6 people and cooks in about 12mins. The fresh option would serve the same but cook in 4mins. But would need to be eaten with 3 days.

Do you think this would be an option people would choose to buy?
