A special called meeting of the Effingham County Library Board of Trustees is set Monday:

🕓 Time: 4 p.m.

📍 Location: South Training Room, Effingham County Administration Complex, 804 S. Laurel St., Springfield

📝 Agenda: Consideration of a Participation Agreement between Effingham County and Statesboro Regional Public Libraries regarding delivery of public library Effingham County Sports and Recreation Services.

A temporary traffic switch will be installed on Goshen Road beginning Monday as construction continues on the Goshen Roundabout project.

This switch will move traffic into its final configuration along the existing Goshen Road corridor through the roundabout area, allowing crews to complete ongoing construction and finishing activities within the project limits.

Construction crews will work to minimize impacts to motorists and maintain safe traffic operations throughout the work zone. Please use caution, follow posted signage, and expect possible delays while traveling through the area.
