A temporary traffic switch will be installed on Goshen Road beginning Monday as construction continues on the Goshen Roundabout project.

This switch will move traffic into its final configuration along the existing Goshen Road corridor through the roundabout area, allowing crews to complete ongoing construction and finishing activities within the project limits.

Construction crews will work to minimize impacts to motorists and maintain safe traffic operations throughout the work zone. Please use caution, follow posted signage, and expect possible delays while traveling through the area.

Thank you for your patience as improvements continue!

EEMA officials met Thursday with county departments, municipal agencies and charitable organizations during the Effingham County Pre-Hurricane Kickoff Meeting at the EEMA Operations Center inside the Clarence E.
