Our law enforcement family is mourning the loss of a truly remarkable man.
After many years of dedicated service, Chris Kelley, a longtime Deputy Sheriff with the Benton County Sheriff's Office, (Reserve Lieutenant), and Captain with the Centerton Police Department, has passed away.
He was more than a badge and a uniform. He was a respected leader, a trusted mentor, a loyal friend, a devoted husband, and a servant to his community. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to others left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
He led with integrity, treated people with respect, and earned the admiration of colleagues, friends, and community members alike. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched throughout his career and beyond.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who served alongside him during this difficult time.
Thank you for your service, your friendship, and the example you set for so many. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Rest easy, brother. We have the watch from here.

Branson Professional firefighters released the following:
Last night on May 28th, Engine 1 and Engine 30 responded to a reported vehicle rollover with unknown entrapment. Fire crews arrived on scene and found one vehicle which had rolled off of the road into and amusement ride area. The occupant of the vehicle had self extricated themselves from the vehicle, and was thankfully uninjured.
Due to the position of the flipped vehicle, fire crews remained on scene and assisted the tow company by cutting the metal fence so they could remove the vehicle.
