As an Appointment setter you will be reaching out to homeowners to set a time for our clients to meet with them. You will be setting appointments for the Home service and Construction industries. Previous experience is preferred. This could be in the appointment setting, sales, or construction industries. Any of these would make you a great fit!

This position can be flexible to fit your needs and we are open to remote workers if you are self motivated and commission driven!

Here's another lesson we've been mulling on over at We&Co. "The Ideal Team Player" by Patrick Lencioni is where this gem comes from. How do you know if you are working with the right people?
According to Lencioni, they are a combination of Humble, Hungry, and Smart ("smart" being emotionally intelligent). They admit their mistakes, they are driven, and they are constantly learning how to work with other people.
What happens when you get someone who is humble and smart, but not hungry? You get the loveable slacker.
What about humble and hungry? You get the accidental mess-maker.
The scariest of them all is when you get hungry and smart, without humility. This is where the "skillful politician" comes in. They can mimic "humble" qualities but actually have none.
What's worse? By the time they are identified, it's often too late! In short, they are cleverly ambitious and willing to work extremely hard, but only in as much as it will benefit them personally.
