Future caregiver in action!
Liam's daughter made sure her patient received the highest level of care during a recent National visit. Gloves were on, the assessment was thorough, and most importantly, the patient received plenty of comfort and attention. 🐾❤

Day 5 of EMS Week! Crews enjoyed a catered meal from Castle of Knights as we continue celebrating our amazing EMS team!
We also recognized some incredible achievements: Liz received a 2025 Pre-Hospital Life Save Award, and Andrew received two Life Save Awards along with recognition for a pre-hospital baby delivery of a baby girl.

The final Of the Year Award post is Employee of the Year: Client Relations, Lori Bates!
Lori is recognized for her dedication, positivity, and hands-on leadership. Her peers highlight that she is always helping other departments while running her own and can be counted on for anything you reach out to her for. She comes in early every day to facilitate a smooth, communicative start between Ops and field staff, stays available 24/7, and works to make the workplace fun, inclusive, and like a family. As one peer said, “She's her. She is the sun, and the moon. She keeps everything running smoothly at all times.”
As a key part of National Ambulance leadership, Lori bridges gaps between clients, facilities, Ops, and field providers, improving morale and supporting everyone. Her hard work and commitment make her truly deserving of 2025 Employee of the Year!

Duma consistently demonstrates professionalism, patience, and dedication as a dispatcher for National Ambulance. Peers highlight that Duma is always kind, understanding, and willing to explain things as many times as needed. Thoughtful and caring about crews, Duma goes above and beyond in the office, staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly with field staff, and ensuring calls are handled accurately and efficiently. Always willing to help with bookings, insurance issues, or any team needs, Duma supports everyone while maintaining a positive, compassionate presence.
