East Granby Vol. Fire Department tower 108

On Monday night East Granby Vol. Fire Department went to Marks Auto Yard for round 2 of extrication drill night. This week crews objective was to arrive at a 3 car accident with entrapment and go straight to work and be critiqued by ranking officers. Rescue 808 and Engine 208 arrived to find a 3 car accident with a car T-Boned up against a cylinder block with another car on top. Crews went right to work stabilizing one car and other crews starting extricating-multiple patients. Crews worked in heavy rain conditions throughout the operation. Ct air national guard was also on scene assisting. After crews removed the patients the cars were pulled apart and ready for the tow trucks. To finish the night, crews battled a fully involved car fire at marks as a part of drill night. East Granby Vol. Fire Department
