We love to see collaborations and the uplifting that comes from Powerlifting!

A few months ago The Emergency Project (.project) travelled to Zimbabwe, providing medical outreach to communities. Lift4Life community coordinator Audrey () was a huge factor to the success on the ground, and we are so in awe of everything they accomplished.

A big shoutout to all the medical staff locally and globally that made this possible! We are excited for the future collaborations and outreach to come.

This whole month we are hoping to raise $1,000 USD to support our activities on the ground in Zimbabawe and continue . The Ohio State University Powerlifting team returned from this year’s IPF University Worlds as World Champions! 🏆 🌎🌍🌏

Lift4Life’s founder John ( ) has coached the team for 10 years, and the club has been long time supporters of Lift4Life including being a member of our Uplifters donor group.
