Better Horizons In-Home Care

We are currently looking for the right person to work in Springfield near Gateway 40 hours per week. Basic ADL. Parkinsons experience a plus but not required. Must be able to follow specific directions.

Are you a motivated, self-driven individual with patience and a kind heart? We are a newer health care agency with incentives implemented to retain staff and maintain high morale among caregivers. We are looking for caregivers desiring to learn new skills while working with people of all ages in the community who need tender, loving care.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate orally and in writing the tasks associated with the client's care
- Must pass a background check

While experience is a plus, it isn't necessary. We are looking for committed caregivers willing to go the mile and will train candidates who possess a good attitude. Base pay is $16.00-$21.00/hour dependent on experience. We do offer weekend/NOC differential. Incentives are in place for employees who come to work on time and without call-offs.
