I'm so excited to finally share my new focaccia packaging! I wanted something simple, cozy, and rustic that lets the bread speak for itself—and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. 🏡✨

Every pan is naturally leavened with Mary, made from scratch in my home kitchen, and baked fresh with simple ingredients and plenty of time.

Whether you're sharing it around the dinner table, serving it with soup, or sneaking a warm piece straight from the box (I won't judge 😉), I hope it brings a little homemade goodness to your day.

I have finally named my sourdough starter. I'm terrible at coming up with names for anything. Naming my kids? A huge struggle. So it's no wonder it took me four years to name my starter!

But the name came to me quickly and unexpectedly.

I was writing about how my business started and the fact that this starter was gifted to me. I mentioned where it originated—St. Marys, Kansas—and then it hit me...

Duh! Her name is Mary.

So, what do you think of her name? Does Mary sound like a good sourdough starter, or should I have gone with something a little more creative? 😄
