Team Smoke Boxing

Beth Smoke killed it today!!! She had her normal commercial gym workout routine go smoothly and met a friend who may become a future workout friend.

Next, we worked out at the basketball courts practicing lots of passing and setting drills. She practiced serving both left-handed and right.

She began to drive to and from training sessions and even did her first drive on the highway with ease. She's locked-in and looking great.
