Anticipate the Move—Play Ahead of the Panic 🎻 Everything gets easier when you’re early. Before the note happens, set the left-hand frame, float the bow to the next contact point, and arrive—then play. Think one note ahead: shift while the old note still rings, prepare string crossings during the sustain, and let the bow speed/weight change before the attack.
