Start to finish on converting an antique cabinet into our new powder room vanity.

Hope everyone had a happy new year! Here’s some before and after pictures of a lighting upgrade I recently wrapped up for a customers workshop area.

Today I wrapped up a little electrical work by upgrading to led recessed lighting and replacing old under cabinet lights with new fixtures.

Today I started a living room remodel project. I removed the old trim, window dressings, the popcorn ceiling, patched a few nail holes and touched up a few spots on the ceiling, repaired some water damaged drywall. LVP flooring installed by my buddy Tim Edgecomb.

More recently I installed new trim, caulked and applied the first coat of primer and paint color. Still to do final coat of paint, new wIndow dressings,new electical including switches, outlets and add recessed lighting.

Here's some pictures of a small bathroom remodel i just wrapped up. I removed the old linoleum and installed new Mohawk LVP, new trim, repainted, installed a new vanity/ faucet, mirror, towel bar kit, new switches, installed a can light over the offset sink and disconnected the old wall fixture wiring.
