Spring has sprung!

It’s that time of year to get all that winter undercoat out and get the winter grime off your pets!

We are seeing fleas really early so start your preventative now!

I know most of you have noticed some changes here and I wanted to formally introduce my new Assistant Harry Nations!
I stole him from his mother who is a dear friend and fellow groomer who recently retired. He has been in the grooming industry since birth! He also has a ton of experience working with feral and rescue dogs as he helped his mother who has been part of the Trapping Team with a local rescue.
Yes, Harry is young but don’t judge a book by its cover, because he has a lot of experience working with animals of all kinds and I have personally seen him work wonders with our nervous dogs!

I also wanted to give you an update on some life changes going on. I am newly a single mom now so my hours have been a little goofy lately while I get childcare and the whole home/work life worked out and finding my new routine. I also have Twin Grandbabies due soon! So my schedule will probably be adjusted when they decide to arrive which we have been told will be early, so I will be taking a few days off to help my daughter recover.

I have always thought being truthful and open about my personal life with my clients has been the best policy, especially since I do think of you as my extended family! Thank You so much for always understanding and rolling with my crazy life with me! I couldn’t be the Mom and Nana I am without your support!

Please know when your pets are here their safety and well being is my top priority!
With that in mind please understand pick up times may take longer than expected at times, usually due to taking in extra dogs in to work with clients and my schedule, sometimes its because a dog needs some extra TLC. Be assured that getting your pets groom done safely and correctly is always my focus no matter how long it takes. Don’t be offended if I’m not here at the time of drop off or pick up, sometimes I can’t be here right at 8:00am or i need to leave as soon as the dogs are done to attend to my family, Harry will be able to take care of any needs your pet has and I will always call or text if there any questions or concerns.
