I’ve been in a season of deep learning.

Expanding my education in lymphatic drainage, facial fusion, gua sha, facial cupping, and kansa wand techniques has been reshaping the way I approach skincare and touch.

What I’m most interested in right now is not just results — but the relationship between the skin, the nervous system, and how we hold ourselves in our bodies.

New tools and offerings are coming into my practice soon, designed to support both in-studio work and your at-home rituals.

This feels like an evolution, not a reinvention.

Not loudly. Not abruptly. But undeniably. ✨

As I approach my fourth year in business, I’ve been reflecting on foundation — the number 4 reminds us to rebuild what holds us. Last year, a whisper began… calling me back to my most authentic self. Back to the part of me that fell in love with skin, ritual, and transformation — and working intelligently with the body.

As we entered 2026 — a 1 year — I knew I could not ignore it. One is initiation. One is leadership. One is the courage to begin again.

I’ve been doing massage for 23 years. My hands have held thousands of bodies. I am proud of this chapter — but it is time for evolution. Work smarter, not harder.

I am setting up the next nine-year cycle. Nine represents completion, integration, and the harvest of wisdom. What I consciously build now will feed me for years to come.

The first step: I am no longer offering massage packages, and I’m gently closing my books to new massage clients. The exact date of fully stepping away from massage is not yet set, but it will most likely happen this year. In June, the remaining massage offerings will be refined, elevated, and aligned — with updated pricing.

I am returning to my love of skincare, expanding into new modalities, and exploring a new expression of bodywork that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply me.

The foundation is being rebuilt. And I trust the timing.
