Back in the day, before the internet, people would use clabber to culture their milk for yogurt & cheese! What even IS clabber?

Clabber is raw milk that naturally thickens and cultures over time because of the beneficial bacteria naturally present in the milk.

People use it for:
• baking
• pancakes
• biscuits
• smoothies
• cultured recipes like yogurt & cheese.

And no…
it’s not the same thing as spoiled pasteurized milk!

If your milk pick up is tomorrow, your milk is ready and waiting for you! I prepped it before we left. But after that we are CLOSED for vacay!
