We spend the time personally interviewing the company to find out all we can about who they want, the credentials that person should come with, personality of the office,etc. We then personally meet and talk to all applicants to make a determination of who the best candidates would be. Our business partners don't view us as another vendor, but as an extension of their H.R. functions.
