This 2003 GMC 2500 came in with severely rusted fuel lines leaking near the tank and filter area. Instead of patching one tiny section and hoping for the best, we went with a cleaner, more reliable repair using Dorman OE Solutions nylon fuel line repair components and a new WIX inline fuel filter.

This 2020 Jeep Wrangler came into Clark’s Garage with a LONG list of problems:

❌ ABS light
❌ Traction control light

The first issue I found was a loose/corroded battery terminal connection causing unstable voltage problems throughout the vehicle. Battery terminal repairs and shims were installed to restore proper connection and eliminate voltage drop concerns. 🔋⚡

After correcting the battery issue, I continued deeper diagnostic testing using advanced live scan data.

That testing revealed:
➡️ A DEAD right rear wheel speed sensor signal
➡️ Corrosion inside the sensor wiring
➡️ Broken wiring at the sensor connector

The right rear wheel speed sensor completely dropped out on live data compared to the other three wheels, confirming the failure.

In addition to diagnostics and electrical repairs, this Jeep also received:

🛑 BRAKE FLUID TEST & FLUSH – REAL RESULTS, NOT GUESSWORK 🛑

This one came in on a 2005 Saab for a brake fluid service.

Instead of just “flushing and hoping,” we tested the actual brake fluid moisture content before and after service.

📊 Before service: 2.3% moisture
📊 After flush: 1.7% moisture

That drop means we successfully removed a significant amount of contaminated fluid from the system, helping protect:
- ABS hydraulic components
- Brake lines & calipers from internal corrosion
- Consistent pedal feel and braking performance

⚠️ Most people don’t realize brake fluid is hygroscopic (it absorbs moisture over time), and that moisture directly affects braking system longevity.

Even after service, a small amount can remain trapped in ABS units and low points in the system—which is normal—but the improvement still matters.
