Springfield Jazz and Blues Festival

Excitement is building for the August 7–8 festival as we continue celebrating jazz and blues in Springfield! Former performer Samara Joy captured her sixth Grammy this year, winning Best Jazz Vocal Album for Portrait, marking four consecutive Grammy ceremonies with wins.

We also congratulate original SSOJO drummer Willie Barthel, who earned a Grammy with the Robert Randolph Family Band for Preacher’s Kids, named Best Contemporary Blues Album.
