Joel started here as an intern and has grown into his role as Senior Accountant, earning his bachelor’s degree, Master of Accountancy, and CPA designation along the way. Each step has been intentional and built on learning, taking on more responsibility, and expanding the way he supports both clients and the team around him.

Today, Joel is known for a thoughtful, steady approach to his work. He takes on complex questions with care, looks for clarity before drawing conclusions, and consistently focuses on doing work that holds up over time.
