Would you like to see them develop a passion and knowledge about fitness and the weight room?
Are you looking for a way to keep them active and focused this summer?
Check out our Youth Foundations class!
They will develop fundamental motor skills, as well as an introduction to strength training, plyometrics, speed, agility, and so much more!
We are adding a Tuesday and Thursday 10am option to the schedule for this summer, as well as maintaining our usual MWF 430p.

We are opening up a spot for a part time trainer. This is primarily for personal training, but you should also be prepared to help out as needed for small group training and youth athletic development classes.
While this is a part time gig, the potential to reach full time status is entirely limited to how much training you can fill your schedule with.
