**MOTIVATION MONDAY**
Let's talk about channeling your inner superhero to tackle the week ahead! (And, no, I'm not talking about being powered by coffee...🤣😉)

What characteristics make a superhero? 🤔

There are LOTS of suggestions out there, but most people can agree on three:
1) Powers/abilities 💪
2) Morality 😇
3) Courage 🙌

How can YOU use these to your advantage for a winning week?

FIRST - Recognize what powers & abilities you already have. Compassion, selflessness, integrity, tenacity, creativity, and optimism are a few possibilities (but there are loads more!). Look back over the past few days...where did you show strength & how might you purposefully use it this week?

SECOND - We all have a set of inner morals that we live by. They reveal what you truly VALUE. We make decisions every day that are either in line with our values...or not. Enter excuses. Excuses are how we justify making choices that go against what's important to us. Next time you start to make an excuse, ask yourself what value you're going against!

THIRD - Nelson Mandela once said: “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” Change is hard. The unknown can be scary. Rather than shrinking from it - EMBRACE IT. Get up early to hit the gym before work, even if you're afraid you'll be tired. Try a new healthy food, even if you're afraid you won't like it. How can you challenge fear this week?

By focusing on just these 3 things, you're setting yourself up to make powerful progress. You CAN do hard things!!! 💪💥
