BB Bagels

It’s raining but we made a bunch of bagels and boy howdy they are looking good today. Here until 1pm!

Our menu we’re rolling with this week! Open Wednesday-Saturday 7am-1pm!

We’re continuing with Wednesday-Saturday 7-1pm! For now we’re giving up on the idea of doing any “grand opening” the response has been so huge that we’re gonna stick with just figuring out how many bagels to make everyday. We’ve been upping our bake & boil everyday so if you’ve been worried about coming by and getting no bagels try us this week!

We’re gonna be doubled up for Friday and Saturday! Just a couple things of note as we’re still “soft opening”.
A: We’re currently doing a 36 hour ferment so to adjust it takes roughly two days. If you’re wanting a catering or a larger order we need 72 hours in advance and for now just email us at [email protected] and we’ll get it sorted.
B: We are NOT planning on doing gluten free bagels anytime soon. As much as we would like to, our space is very small and we do not have any way to mitigate how much gluten we’re using right now. Our bagels are high gluten and high protein and hand rolled but possibly in the future. We’re doing our best with keeping up with demand but we’re still in our soft open phase and they’ve now been selling quick so if you want to guarantee that bagel order get here early! We’ll keep ramping up as long as we keep selling em! 😘 🥯
