This project was another labor of love, countless hours of details, brainstorming, and adjusting, and ultimately a fantastic end product that came together beautifully for our client!!! Our team can now lay claim to the number 1 and 2 spot all time in the spec home sale market of Springfield, but we look to push forward, adapt, re-tool, and make ourselves better and stronger than yesterday!!! So thankful for every person involved! A true blessing to never take lightly!

Update! The latest rendition of the Brooks plan is punching out at lot 16!!! We are under a month out from completion!!! This home will be a more efficiency square footage layout: 3 beds, 2.5 bath on main level. 4th bed, living area, storage, and bathroom upstairs!!
