PIERCE MANUFACTURING 2025 DEALER MEETING | RECAP

This past week, the Hughes Fire Equipment Sales Team reunited with Pierce Mfg and the Pierce dealer network for the 2025 Sales Meeting, reflecting on the work we accomplished with our customers the previous year. Closing out the event with an awards ceremony, we are honored to be recognized for a handful of achievements.

Hughes Fire Equipment received the Sales Organization Growth Achievement award, a meaningful milestone as we continue building on more than 35 years of serving the fire service. Sustained growth like this is not about a single year; it reflects decades of relationships, consistency, and a long-term commitment to doing business the right way.

We are especially proud of our individual award recipients:
• Brock Neubauer received the Don Bouwer Award & was recognized for an Individual Revenue Sales Achievement award
• Chris Callies received an Individual Revenue Sales Achievement award
• Scott Olmos received an Individual Revenue Sales Achievement and the 2025 Fleet Sales Achievement award
