She is a staple at Awaken specialized in marriage counseling as well as EMDR and decades of extensive counseling experience in various settings across the country. She is amazing in her service to her clients and has been a rock I lean on when I need to bounce ideas. Her steadfast support and encouragement is truly a highlight of her heart! We’re so thankful to Sara for being on our team!

Last night was AMAZING! So many stories of hope, encouragement, and a reminder that you're not alone! Last night on my way to set up the masquerade our office received a voicemail from someone who was that morning desperately crying out to God for help and didn't know where to turn. That person jumped on socials and saw our event, following that to our webpage where they learned about Awaken360s mission and services. From there they contacted our people and now have hope. That person woke up desperate feeling alone, but now knows where support and change can be found without the red tape. If we accomplish nothing else, we come away knowing we impacted one and one is where it all starts.

Men are 4 times more likely than women to commit su***de, and are 2 times less likely to ask for help.

80% of su***des are men; someone’s brother, father, husband, or son.

Su***de is the 2nd leading cause of death in youth ages 15-24.

This is why we are will be there on April 23rd from 6-9p. Because it takes an abundance of courage to step out from behind the masks we wear and say this is not okay. I need help, I am not okay.
